Miller Canfield Presents "Today's Labour Issues in the Workplace," January 21, 2008 in Windsor

Employers are facing new challenges in this time of economic uncertainty. In light of this, the law firm of Miller Canfield will present “Today’s Labour Issues in the Workplace – Staying Current and Practical Applications” on Wednesday, January 21, from 8:00-10:30 a.m. at Other Place Catering (1395 Walker Road) in Windsor.

Snelling, and Loretta Stoyka will discuss how to protect your company from costly mistakes when downsizing your workforce; strategies for reducing fraudulent WSIB Claims; WSIB Policies; entitlement following layoff; re-employment issues; and give an update on proposed changes to experience rating.
