Miller Canfield Discusses "Protecting Your Competitive Edge," March 18

The law firm of Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone, P.L.C. will host "Protecting Your Competitive Edge," on Tuesday, March 18 from 8:00 – 9:00 a.m. at the firm’s Detroit office at 150 W. Jefferson, Suite 2500. Presented by attorney George D. Mesritz, the Morning Update will discuss non-disclosure and non-compete agreements – the contractual means of protecting your confidential and proprietary business information, and your competitive position.

This Morning Update includes discussion of the enforceability of non-disclosure and non-compete agreements; litigation tactics and considerations; terms to include in the agreements; and other considerations.
