Miller Canfield Attorney Todd Holleman Authors Article in ABA Appellate Practice Journal

The law firm of Miller Canfield announces that Todd A. Holleman, a principal in the Detroit office, recently authored "Settlement of Cases on Appeal," published in the winter edition of Appellate Practice Journal of the American Bar Association Section of Litigation.

Holleman focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation matters. He specializes in securities litigation and arbitration, commercial contract disputes, state and federal court appeals, construction litigation and equipment leasing litigation.

He received his law degree, summa cum laude, from Wayne State University Law School, and his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude in Business Administration, from Grand Valley State University.

Holleman is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), Federal Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, State Bar of Ohio, and the Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association. He is Co-chair of the Appellate Practice Committee of the ABA Section of Litigation for 2007-2008. In 2005, the ABA named him an outstanding subcommittee chairperson for his leadership of the programming subcommittee. Michigan Lawyers Weekly awarded him the distinction of being only one of five Michigan attorneys named as “2004 Up and Coming Lawyers.”

The law firm of Miller Canfield was established in Detroit in 1852 and employs 800 in offices in Michigan, Illinois, Massachusetts, Florida, New York, Canada and Poland.
