Attorney Appointed To Board
Allyn D. Kantor, a principal in the Ann Arbor office of the law firm of Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone, P.L.C., has been appointed to the board of directors of the Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra.
Mr. Kantor is a past president of the Washtenaw County Bar Association, past member and secretary of the board of trustees of Emerson Schools, past cabinet member of the United Way, and presently serves as a member of the advisory board of Home Care and Hospice of Michigan.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, Chair of the Special Issues Committee of the Michigan State Bar Representative Assembly, and served on the Michigan Supreme Court Dispute Resolution Task Force. He is listed in the 1997-2001 editions of The Best Lawyers in America.
He received his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School, and his undergraduate degree in business administration from Washington & Lee University.
He resides in Ann Arbor.
