Miller Canfield Attorney Appointed to Ann Arbor City Housing and Human Services Advisory Board

The law firm of Miller Canfield announces that Ms. Soni Mithani, a principal in the Ann Arbor office, was recently appointed to the city of Ann Arbor’s Housing and Human Services Advisory Board.

Mithani is a commercial litigator in the firm. Her practice covers all general commercial matters involving disputed contracts and business torts. She specializes in handling False Claims Act claims, healthcare litigation matters and construction disputes.

She is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan, where she serves on the District G Character and Fitness Committee, the District of Columbia Bar Association, and the Washtenaw County Bar Association, serving on its Board of Directors from 2004-2006. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum and the Washtenaw Community College Foundation Board of Directors.

She received her J.D. from Harvard Law School, and earned a B.B.A. with high distinction from the University of Michigan.

She resides in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
