Miller Canfield Names Deputy Group Leader of Business and Finance Group

The law firm of Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone, P.L.C. announces that Thomas G. Appleman, principal in the Troy office, has been named deputy group leader of the firm’s Business and Finance Group. He joins Richard A. Walawender and David N. Parsigian in leading the 70-attorney group.

Appleman practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securities, general corporate representation, international business activities, and commercial law. He is also a member of the firm’s Automotive Industry Group.

He received his law degree, magna cum laude, in 1981 from Wayne State University Law School, and a B.S. degree, with high honors, in 1978 from Michigan State University. He is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, and the Oakland County Bar Association.

He resides in Rochester Hills, Michigan.
