Two New Attorneys Enhance Miller Canfield's Product Safety Group

The law firm of Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone, P.L.C. is pleased to announce the addition of M. Sheila Jeffrey and John W. McNair to its Product Safety Group. Resident in the firm's Ann Arbor office, they will work closely with other attorneys within the group, principally in the defense of automotive product liability litigation. The group's leader, Stephen J. Ott, said, "We have worked with John and Sheila over the years on a number of different projects. They bring a considerable amount of expertise to the table, and we are very pleased to have them as part of our team."

Both Ms. Jeffrey and Mr. McNair are highly skilled in the defense of automotive product liability matters, joining Miller Canfield from Joscelyn, McNair and Jeffrey, P.C. of Ann Arbor. Prior to that, they were with the Ann Arbor law firm, Joscelyn and Treat, P.C., serving as national counsel for a major automotive client, coordinating the technical aspects of product liability litigation. Ms. Jeffrey has practiced in the area of automotive products liability since 1987, and Mr. McNair since 1981.
