Miller Canfield Makes "Largest Law Firms" Lists for 2002

The law firm of Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone, P.L.C. has been named to two national "largest law firms" lists for 2002. The National Law Journal, a weekly legal publication, ranked Miller Canfield 133 out of 250, and Of Counsel, a monthly legal publication, ranked the firm 135 out of 700. Both rankings establish Miller Canfield as the largest law firm in Michigan.

The "25th Annual Survey of the Nation’s Largest Law Firms," conducted by the National Law Journal, ranked firms by the total number of attorneys, as of September 30, 2002, to find the top 250 law firms in the country.

The biennial survey, "Of Counsel 700: 2002-2003 Annual Survey of the Nation's Largest Law Firms," ranked firms by the total number of attorneys, as of January 1, 2002, to find the top 700 law firms in the country. It also examines the growth and other aspects of the legal profession over a two-year period.
