Labor and Employment Law Morning Update, January 21

Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone, P.L.C. will review The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and The Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) at the next Morning Update session, "Untangling the ADA and FMLA," on Tuesday, January 21 from 8-9 a.m. at the firm’s Detroit office. Presented by Miller Canfield labor and employment law attorney, Megan P. Norris, this roundtable discussion will help employers begin the new year with a better understanding of each Act and will give employers suggestions for compliance. Reference handouts will be provided. RSVP by January 17; space is limited.
