Miller Canfield Discusses Work Attendance Policy Under FMLA, ADA Obligations

The law firm of Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone, P.L.C. presents "The HR Juggling Act – Balancing FMLA and ADA Obligations with Your Attendance Policy," Thursday, November 20, from 8:15-9:15 a.m. at the Radisson Hotel in Lansing. Thelen, the Morning Update will cover managing employee attendance in the context of overlapping obligations under the FMLA, ADA, and workers compensation laws.
