Miller Canfield Discusses Class Action and Multiple Plaintiff Lawsuits

The filing of a class action or multiple plaintiff lawsuit against a company generally signals the onset of an expensive, time consuming endeavor. The law firm of Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone, P.L.C. announces its next Morning Update – “How to Avoid Class Actions and Multiple Plaintiff Lawsuits and What to Do if You Can’t” – on Wednesday, March 2, from 8:00-9:00 a.m. at the law firm’s Troy office (840 West Long Lake Road, Suite 200).

Miller Canfield labor and employment law attorneys, Jerome R. Watson and Richard W. Warren , will focus on proactive and corrective measures a company can take to discourage the filing of these actions or to maximize the company’s chances of success if such actions are filed. This seminar will be of benefit to public and private employers of all sizes as the proactive measures apply with equal force to individual claims.
