An Overview of the New Bankruptcy Law.” The forum will be held on Thursday, June 9, from 7:15-8:30 a.m. at the Townsend Hotel (One Hundred Townsend Street, Birmingham). Presenters are Miller Canfield attorneys Timothy A. Fusco and Jonathan S. Green.
