Miller Canfield and Red Wing Alumni Raise Money for Charity

Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone, P.L.C. hosted the Detroit Red Wing Alumni in a charity hockey game benefiting the Red Wing Alumni Charities and the National Kidney Foundation of Michigan's Team Michigan on January 25, 2002. Team Michigan is a group of people across the state who have received an organ or tissue transplant. The event raised approximately $16,000 in donations from firm members, clients, and service providers.

The Miller Canfield Bombers' hockey team is made up of attorneys and employees of the firm.

"Community service has been a hallmark of Miller Canfield throughout its 150-year history" said Thomas W. Linn, the firm's CEO. "We commend the Miller Canfield Bombers who hosted the event, the planning committee, our enthusiastic fans and the Detroit Red Wings Alumni for supporting this charitable effort" said Linn.
