Super Lawyers magazine names lawyers in each state who received the highest point totals, as chosen by their peers and through independent research. Rising Stars names the state’s top up-and-coming lawyers. It combines peer nominations and evaluations with third-party research. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Selections are made on an annual, state-by-state basis.
Ohio Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists are published annually in February in a special advertising section in Cincinnati, Columbus Monthly, Cleveland and Inside Business magazines and appear in the Ohio and Kentucky Super Lawyers magazine.
