eDiscovery Strategy to be Discussed at Miller Canfield’s “Cappuccino with Counsel” on October 30 in Kalamazoo

October 13, 2014

Miller Canfield will bring its successful “Cappuccino with Counsel” breakfast briefing series to West Michigan employers on Thursday, October 30, from 7:45-9:00 a.m. at the Radisson Plaza Hotel & Suites in downtown Kalamazoo. eDiscovery lawyers Kenneth Treece, Phillip Shane and Nathan Cortright will give an eDiscovery update.

The trio will discuss how to use advanced analytics and predictive coding defensibly and effectively, significant eDiscovery cases and their practical impacts, and proposed eDiscovery-related amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

The “Cappuccino with Counsel” series provides timely legal updates for in-house counsel and corporate executives over breakfast and cappuccino. Miller Canfield’s Troy, Detroit, Ann Arbor and Grand Rapids offices have produced “Cappuccino with Counsel” programs for nearly 10 years.

The Radisson Plaza Hotel & Suites is located at 100 W. Michigan Ave. in Kalamazoo. To register, contact Sandy Bera at bera@millercanfield.com or online: www.millercanfield.com/newsevents-events-659.html. There is no cost to attend.
