Larry Woodard to Present at PLI 16th Annual Commercial Real Estate Institute in Chicago on October 28

Miller Canfield lawyer Larry Woodard will discuss real estate litigation at the Practising Law Institute’s 16th Annual Commercial Real Estate Institute in Chicago on October 28, 2014. The event will take place at the University of Chicago Gleacher Center.

Woodard’s presentation – “Real Estate Litigation: A Toolkit for Transactional Lawyers” – will take place on the second day of the conference at 2:15 pm. He and attorney Nick Helmer, Jr., will address pre-litigation issues and strategies for landlord/tenant, mortgage loan and other real estate disputes, the discovery process and how transactional lawyers play a role in resolving disputes.
