Miller Canfield Lawyers to Discuss Non-Compete Agreements with West Michigan Businesses at “Cappuccino with Counsel” Breakfast on July 15
Miller Canfield will launch its successful “Cappuccino with Counsel” breakfast briefing series for West Michigan employers Tuesday, July 15, 2014 from 7:45 am to 9 a.m. at its offices in Downtown Grand Rapids.
Attorneys Robert L. DeJong and Joseph M. Infante will discuss “Enforcing Your Non-Competes.” The duo will discuss what a company can expect from West Michigan judges in non-compete litigation, creating an employee exit strategy, enforceability issues and strategies for drafting an effective non-compete agreement.
The “Cappuccino with Counsel” series provides timely legal updates for in-house counsel and corporate executives over breakfast and, yes, cappuccino (or other breakfast beverages).
