Miller Canfield Delivers Customized Legal Updates and Lunch For Construction Industry Companies

June 18, 2014

The law firm of Miller Canfield announces a new tool to help construction companies stay up-to-date on changes in their industry: customized legal update lunches.

Construction contractors and subcontractors, lenders and businesses on the move (real estate owners and tenants) simply identify issues they’d like covered - and Miller Canfield’s experienced construction team will deliver information at the location of their choice – and lunch, too.  There is no charge for qualified companies.  The firm is inviting companies in Michigan, Indiana, Illinois and Ohio to participate.

The punch list of potential topics spans from dealing with prevailing wage regulations and design/build issues to general labor and employment issues, including worker’s compensation.

For more information, or to set up a presentation, contact Sandy Bera at bera@millercanfield.com or Joanne Theisen at theisen@millercanfield.com. For a list of topic ideas, visit www.millercanfield.com/newsevents-events.html, then find the “Customized Legal Update” link for the three targeted construction categories.
