Christy Baas Appointed to Board of Legal Marketing Association Midwest Chapter
The law firm of Miller Canfield announces that Christy Baas, manager of global branding and media (Detroit, Mich. office), has been appointed as a member-at-large of the 2014 board of directors of the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) Midwest Chapter. She also sits on the executive committee of the LMA’s Detroit Chapter.
The LMA Midwest Chapter consists of marketing, business development and communications professionals working in the legal industry in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan and Missouri. It is part of LMA International, which has members from across North America.
Baas joined Miller Canfield in 2002. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, in corporate communication/public relations from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. She received the UM-D 2010 “Young Alumnus of the Year” award.
