Miller Canfield Lawyer Danielle Mason Anderson Elected to Kalamazoo County Juvenile Home Foundation Board
Danielle Mason Anderson, a principal in the Kalamazoo, Mich. office of Miller Canfield, has been elected to the board of directors of the Kalamazoo County Juvenile Home Foundation, a non-profit organization that supports the Kalamazoo County Juvenile Home, a short-term home that provides juvenile offenders safety, care and training to help reduce recidivism through positive enforcement.
Anderson was also recently elected District F Representative to the State Bar of Michigan’s Board of Commissioners. Her three-year term will begin at the close of the State Bar’s annual meeting in September 2013.
Anderson is a member of Miller Canfield’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Insolvency Group. She assists clients with all pre- and post-judgment remedies including receiverships, sale of collateral, foreclosures, repossessions, evictions, debt sales and debt restructures. Her practice has a particular emphasis on commercial litigation and creditors' rights resolution with a concentration on loan enforcements, insolvency, bankruptcy and receiverships.
She is a graduate of the Northeastern University School of Law and earned a B.S. from Michigan State University.
