The use of AI in the workplace will only continue to grow. Attendees will obtain information surrounding federal guidance and new and emerging employment legislation on generative AI tools. This session will also identify and explore the areas where employers need to consider how AI usage can lead to legal exposure. We will also provide practical guidance and recommendations for creating policies for the workplace concerning use of generative AI.
