October 21, 2016
9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Macomb County Community College, MTEC Building, Warren, MI

Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) is a supplement to the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) that provides DoD-specific acquisition regulations that DoD government acquisition officials, and you as the contractor, must follow in the procurement process for goods and services.

Joe Gustavus and Jeff Richardson present the DFAR & FAR and how it relates to Buy American Act, free trade agreements, balance of payments program, trade agreements, export controlled items, the Berry Amendment, Truth In Negations Act (TINA) and what FAR and DFAR clauses are required to be flowed down to subcontractors.
