Seven Months Later: Employer Update on U.S. Health Care Reform

October 13, 2010
Radisson Hotel, Lansing, MI

8:00    AM Registration/Breakfast
8:30    AM Program/Q&A
11:30  AM Adjournment

Health Care Reform ushers in the greatest workplace health insurance changes that any of us have seen or experienced during our professional lives. Yet, the 2100 page Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (with thousands of pages of explanatory regulations yet to be written and issued) leaves most employers baffled and asking:

The program will focus primarily on these types of Title I questions and issues. Because the Act will take effect in stages over many years, we will focus more heavily on the portions taking affect now and in the next few years. To the extent able, we will review any pertinent regulations issued as of our program dates. Finally, we will reserve time at the end of the program for Q&A and open discussion.

In-house lawyers, human resource/benefit administrators, business owners and not-for-profit managers are invited to attend this timely update on the far sweeping Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.

Cost:
$45 per person. Space is limited. Advance reservations required one week in advance.
