Miller Canfield's Diversity Committee is a passionate team of principal attorneys and firm leaders who review the firm's diversity, equity and inclusion goals and initiatives. Chaired by an African-American female partner and Chief Diversity Officer Michelle Crockett, the committee members include:

The committee is constantly working to improve Miller Canfield's record through several efforts, including:
- Providing ongoing diversity training for attorneys and staff
- Recruitment at various National Black Law Students Association (NBLSA) events
- Employing a nationally known expert in diversity analysis to identify, address and help implement diversity goals within the firm
