Vera Hansen is an associate in Miller Canfield's Corporate and Transactions Group. She advises clients on a wide range of domestic and international commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial contract negotiations.
As part of her practice, Vera assists clients with the acquisition, sale, and leasing of private aircraft under the Federal Aviation Regulations Part 91. She also regularly counsels registered investment advisors on a variety of transactional and general corporate matters.
Vera graduated cum laude from Wayne State University Law School and earned her B.A. from the University of Tübingen, Germany. She is a native German speaker and has worked internationally with leading Fortune 500 automotive companies.
