Pierre' is an associate in Miller Canfield's Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. Pierre brings a wealth of experience in civil and class action litigation, complex mediations, and negotiations.
Before joining Miller Canfield, Pierre' was an associate at a boutique law firm specializing in defending employees' civil rights. He also served as a clerk for the Honorable Victoria A. Roberts of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
Prior to attending law school, Pierre' was a Bill Emmerson National Fellow at the Congressional Hunger Center. In this role, he conducted research at the University of Rhode Island and the National Homelessness Law Center in Washington, D.C., focusing on food insecurity among college students and the constitutional challenges to anti-panhandling laws nationwide.
During law school, Pierre' gained experience in both public and private sectors. He served as a judicial extern for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the Ohio Supreme Court. Additionally, he worked as a summer associate at two law firms and as a law clerk at the National Homelessness Law Center.
