Matthew Linden is a Staff Attorney with the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. His practice focuses on coordinating and supporting eDiscovery efforts required during complex commercial litigation and governmental investigations, among other matters, and his experience includes work relating to the automotive, energy, and financial industries. He advises clients on eDiscovery issues, including document review strategy, data culling and eDiscovery project management.

Matthew is skilled at developing the facts of a case by providing insightful analysis of targeted issues or overarching themes. He also aids the litigation team with deposition, motion and trial preparation and offers real-time support during depositions and trials.

Matthew is a member of the LGBTQA and Criminal Law Sections of the State Bar of Michigan. He participates in community activities as a singing member and administrative section leader in Out Loud Chorus and an active bowler on the Rainbow and Summer Mixed Trio Leagues at Lodge Lanes in Belleville, MI. Matthew is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
