Kristen Niemi has been with Miller Canfield since 2001. Her practice focuses on the management of defensive discovery for corporate clients in complex product liability matters nationwide.
Kristen works closely and in tandem with in-house counsel and external trial lawyers to develop pre-trial discovery coordination and defense strategy, and has experience developing company-wide policies relating to record retention, litigation holds, discovery of electronically stored information, recalls of defective products, and compliance with governmental regulations.
