Joanna M. Gauthier

Joanna Gauthier is a paralegal in Miller Canfield's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. She provides support on a variety of tasks, including preparing pleadings, preparing and responding to discovery, document management, deposition preparations, deposition summaries, expert/legal research, and interfacing with clients.

Joanna has extensive discovery experience with the defense of product-related litigation, including product liability, product warranty, and product-related class action cases. She routinely engages with engineers, prepares discovery responses, manages complex document collections in Relativity, reviews documents, and provides additional support to local counsel. Joanna also has experience with commercial real estate foreclosures in Michigan, Ohio, and Illinois, and assisting clients with responses to NHTSA investigations.
