Jerry Udell is a highly skilled real estate attorney, with more than 40 years of experience practicing, teaching, lecturing and appearing as an expert witness in the area of real estate law and its various facets. 

Jerry provides specialized counsel pertaining to real estate, mortgage remedies, commercial and business law, financial institution securities, civil litigation, real estate and real property transactions, construction lien matters, banking and bills of exchange, franchising, patent and trademarks, time share and time share interval conveyancing. 

He is also confirmed as an expert witness in real estate by the Superior Court of Ontario in civil litigation matters involving the Solicitors Negligence Counsel Public Guardian & Trustees Office. He is frequently called as an expert witness in real estate and fraud transactions on behalf of the investigations branch of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
