Hailey Kersey is an associate practicing in the firm's corporate law group. Hailey regularly assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, asset and share purchase agreements, corporate structures, professional corporations, commercial leasing and franchising matters. She has hosted roundtable sessions at both the Ontario Bar Association's Annual Franchise Conference and the Canadian Franchise Association's Annual Franchise Law Day.

Hailey is also a registered trademark agent and assists clients with trademark availability assessments, applications, registrations, renewals and assignments.
