Destini Wells is a member of the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. Her practice focuses on coordinating the eDiscovery efforts required during complex commercial litigation, antitrust litigation, labor and employment actions, internal investigations and other matters. She advises clients on a wide range of eDiscovery issues including document review strategy, data culling, use of technology assisted review (TAR), production of electronically-stored information (ESI) and eDiscovery project management.

Destini understands the importance eDiscovery plays in the factual development of a matter. She is skilled at developing the facts of a case and providing meaningful work product to each client. Destini also contributes her skills during deposition, motion and trial preparation. 

Destini is a member of the Association of Certified eDiscovery Specialists (ACEDS) and holds the CEDS certificate.
