Conor Starrs is an associate in the firm’s Public Finance practice group. A graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, Conor has a diverse background in financial services, having worked at Flagstar Bank, where he handled loan processing, data entry, and created closing disclosures. His experience in finance began during his undergraduate studies at Michigan State University, where he prepared client files for Ameriprise Financial.
Conor’s work experience is complemented by his academic achievements, which include earning Certificate of Merit Awards in International Trade Law and in Corporate Reorganization and completing coursework in complex transactions, federal taxation and managerial decisions, and mergers and acquisitions. He also gained valuable hands-on experience through his participation in the Community Enterprise Clinic at Michigan Law.
