Carolynne O’Hara is a paralegal in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. Her practice mainly focuses on the areas of construction, real estate, state and local tax, bankruptcy, foreclosure and collections.
She assists with a wide variety of tasks including client communications, preparing pleadings, preparing and responding to discovery requests, preparing real estate documents, and preparing collection documents.
She also conducts legal research and writing; analysis and management of documents using Relativity; and creates PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets for use at hearings, trials and client presentations.
Representative Matters
Carolynne's professional experience before joining Miller Canfield includes Ford Motor Co. and one of the largest foreclosure firms in Michigan.
