The Managing Directors and I are pleased to announce that Steve Rohr has returned to Miller Canfield.

His practice focuses on estate planning, business planning and estate and trust administration. He works extensively with nonprofits and private foundations for high-net-worth clients. Steve also works with entrepreneurs on matters involving entity formation and buy-sell agreements. He is recognized in Best Lawyers in America and DBusiness Top Lawyers. 

Steve is rejoining the Firm as a senior principal in the Personal Services Group in Troy, where he previously practiced from 2012 to 2019.
