Miller Canfield is pleased to announce that real estate attorney Anthony McCloud has joined the firm’s office in Chicago.

McCloud joins Miller Canfield from Reda & Des Jardins Ltd. in Chicago, where he provided a wide range of legal services to individuals, corporations and startups. He worked on transactional, real estate, litigation and intellectual property matters and participated in settlement negotiations.

Miller Canfield has one of the leading real estate practices located in the United States. Using an interdisciplinary approach, the firm’s Real Estate Group provides seamless representation to corporations, lenders, borrowers, special loan servicers, government entities, developers, landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers in transactions of all sizes, from the initial planning phase to completion.

McCloud is a graduate of DePaul University College of Law.
