Wojciech Babicki, a licensed attorney (adwokat) and resident director of Miller Canfield’s Gdynia office, focuses his practice on Polish commercial law, with emphasis on tax, product liability, automotive industry, antitrust and banking.

He also has expertise in joint ventures, banking, international trade and custom law for global businesses. Wojciech is a co-founder of Miller Canfield’s offices in Poland.

Representative Matters

During a period of historic change in Poland, Wojciech served as general counsel for Lech Walesa's Solidarity Economic Fund and Solidarity Economic Foundation, the two subsidiaries created by the Trade Union Solidarity for investments and ventures. He also represented the Trade Union itself on some business matters, served as counsel to the Walesa campaign committee in 1990 and handled the Solidarity leader's personal legal matters.
