He has also defended various personal injury suits as well as both prosecuted and defended criminal matters. Joe is best known for his tremendous work ethic, his commitment to detail and his excellent advocacy skills.
“My ability to provide seamless representation in both Canada and the United States is something that our clients really value.”
Joseph G. Vernon
Experience
When a business client was sued by a subcontractor, Joe was able to use the written discovery and deposition process not only to effectively eliminate each of the plaintiff’s claims, but also to emphasize the strengths of the client’s counter-claims. The end result was a favorable settlement which ultimately yielded significant proceeds for the client.
“I was able to obtain a great settlement for my client because I entered the negotiations armed with a complete understanding of the facts and a comprehensive knowledge of the relevant law. Preparation is everything.”
