Myron W. Shulgan’s area of specialty is trial of corporate/commercial disputes. He has conducted trials and argued cases at every level of court in Canada including the Supreme Court of Canada.
“I believe that it is absolutely incumbent on the lawyer to be prepared to properly represent the interests of the client. That means not only listening and considering the information provided by your client directly, but also seeking out information from secondary sources that can test the accuracy of the client-sourced information and provide sources to corroborate or add to that information.”
Myron W. Shulgan
Experience
In a recent trial Myron conducted, he received a trial judgment that rectified a guarantee that incorrectly appeared to burden an individual with a guarantee obligation for repayment of $700,000, in addition to that of his wholly owned corporation, when that was not the individual's intention.
