With more than 20 years of experience in the employment law area, Doreen E. Snelling has extensive knowledge of workplace safety issues. Doreen represents clients in a broad range of industry sectors including agriculture, automotive, manufacturing, chemical and plastics, electrical, food and beverage, health care, services, transportation, occupational diseases and survivor benefits, and construction.
Experience
Doreen has an extensive background in representing employers in the areas of workplace claims management, both occupational and non-occupational disability management; revenue and compliance issues; WSIB Appeal and Tribunal levels including fraud investigations; Employment Standards appeals; Human Rights Commission and Tribunal levels; Arbitration hearings; and Occupational Health and Safety matters and appeals.
