Karolina Niemirska-Fido, a licensed legal advisor (radca prawny), specializes in real estate and property law, as well as commercial and administration law.
Her experience includes property acquisition and further stages of the development process. She has wide experience in advising Polish and foreign clients conducting business in Poland. In addition, Karolina advises domestic and foreign entities in bankruptcy and reorganization proceedings. She has also been involved in the privatization process for state-owned entities and due diligence procedures.
