Susan M. McBride gives her clients day-to-day advice on various employment-related issues including disciplinary matters, policy issues such as drafting and enforcing drug and alcohol policies, respecting human rights, addressing bullying in the workplace, and severance and termination obligations. Her primary area of focus is Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) claims management.
