Tracy Bergeron Lucha completes transactional work, such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and due diligence investigations. She drafts a variety of business and corporate agreements as well as related documents specific to share and asset sales and is competent to act from the organization of a corporation to its dissolution. Tracy provides advice and prepares contracts in the area of intellectual property such as trade mark and copyright law. Her client base includes corporations and business entities of all sizes, as well as individuals.

There are two salient things of which I am ever-mindful in my practice - treating the client the way I would want to be treated and acting as though I were acting for myself.  Adhering to these  principals ensures that I will do my very best for every client, each and every time.”

Experience

Tracy conducted a share sale for a client who was ready to retire from a profitable family business that he started as a young entreprenuer. She guided the client through the sale process and assisted in ensuring that he maximized the value of his commerical interests at the time of sale, while giving the client the personal attention and support he needed to see the transaction to completion.

“Business transactions can be very stressful and  emotional for the individuals involved. This is especially true where someone is selling his or her interest in a company that they founded and have never been through a deal before.  I remain cognizant of the legal requirments and pitfalls of a transaction but am also sensitive to the emotive components and individual needs of each client.”
