Experience

Mack was the firm’s lead counsel in representing a product manufacturer in a series of commercial tort and product liability cases that involved a number of national class actions and multiple party actions as well as various state attorneys general. He also represented a school district in a class action asbestos product liability case, a hospital in a commercial employment litigation matter and a major financier/real estate company in a buy/sell agreement for a shopping mall. Mack also does pro bono work including one commercial matter in which he helped a client purchase a building.
