Jerry L. Goldberg’s practice area centers on real estate and personal services. In real estate matters, he handles subdivision and condominium development, mortgage remedies, rezoning, land severance and minor variance applications as well as the purchase and sale of commercial, industrial, farm and residential properties. He also deals with bank security including remedies on foreclosure and power of sale. In personal services matters, Jerry handles estate administration and planning, including cross-border planning and ancillary applications
“I am solution-oriented and will always present my client with options. I believe that time is of the essence, and we must plan our strategy now.”
Jerry L. Goldberg
Experience
Jerry obtained a court order requiring a bank to release funds in the name of a deceased non-resident to a U.S. resident, thus avoiding the need to obtain ancillary administration since the deceased died in Spain and Canadian law did not recognize validity of a Spanish will.
