For nearly half a century, Carl S. Cohen has represented individuals, small, medium-sized and start-up businesses, and a public school board in all of their business, financing, contractual, acquisitions and dispositions. During that time he has seen many small clients develop their businesses into important and significant members of the regional business community.

During his long and distinguished legal career, Carl has also been involved in a family-owned business which has been in existence more than 65 years. This background gives him a greater understanding of the concerns of the business person when addressing legal issues, and allows him to communicate with clients on their level. Several of Carl’s clients have expanded their businesses outside of Canada to the United States, Great Britain, Europe and Mexico, and he has been with them each step of the way.
