Konrad B. Marciniuk, a licensed legal advisor (radca prawny), is a specialist on Polish commercial law, including joint ventures, real estate and commercial development transactions as well as property financing projects. His key experience includes property acquisition and shopping center development plans for a market leader in Poland. Konrad has also advised major industrial developers on EPC contracts and is an expert on the European Union legal system and the ongoing harmonization of Polish law with that of the EU.
Experience
Konrad is responsible for preparing comparative analyses on Polish and EU legal regulations and coordinating the adjustment initiatives of various ministries and other central government's institutions. He also assisted with the implementation of the EU Commission's White Paper on the Preparation of the Associated Countries of Central and Eastern Europe for Integration into the Internal Market of the Union.
