He has experience representing financial institutions in connection with liquidity facilities and letters of credit in support of taxable and tax-exempt bonds, U.S. Export-Import Bank guaranteed loan facilities and loan work-out matters.
Representative Matters
Tony represented a financial institution in connection with the refinancing of a hospital’s adjustable rate debt in an aggregate amount in excess of $450 million. This was successfully accomplished under an aggressive timetable and with many other creditor parties whose positions needed to be considered and addressed.
