Douglas Kilbourne has more than 40 years of experience in representing banks and commercial businesses in a broad range of loan transactions and commercial, real estate and corporate transactions, as well as regulatory and compliance matters.

He has handled general commercial and industrial credit and leasing facilities along with specialized financing transactions in the health care, real estate and technology sectors. Doug’s practice has included extensive work in leveraged acquisitions, ESOPS, credit enhancements in tax-exempt bond arrangements and workouts. The commercial and corporate side of his practice involves transactional and general representation of industrial and service companies in their commercial transactions, financing, acquisitions, divestitures and general corporate matters.
