Miller Canfield Adds Two to Labor Group

Miller Canfield is pleased to announce that Ahmad Chehab and Schuyler Ferguson have joined the firm's Employment and Labor Group.

Chehab joins Miller Canfield from Collins & Blaha in Farmington Hills, Michigan. He represents employers in collective bargaining, labor arbitration, litigation in federal and state courts and in matters before the Michigan Employment Relations Commission. He has experience directing and conducting investigations of employee misconduct and developing and coordinating staff training programs.

Ferguson was previously an associate at Winston & Strawn in Chicago. He has litigated cases and conducted internal investigations involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour compliance, restrictive covenants and trade secrets, and has worked on traditional labor law matters. He has experience counseling employers in matters that include workplace safety and equal employment opportunity laws. 

Ferguson is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School. Chehab is a graduate of Wayne State University Law School.
